· Collaborate in Systems engineering / R&D projects for NVIDIA and

AMD rack servers for data centers, ensuring seamless project execution from initiation

through pre-production phases. Skilled with strategic planning and

roadmap execution.

· Played a key role in launching next-generation GPU systems

that supported over $100M in annual revenue while strengthening

Supermicro’s position in AI/HPC markets for year 2024.

· Thoroughly analyze technical data and customer feedback to identify

key improvements opportunities, guide product strategy and elevate the

overall user experience. Deliver engaging presentations for strategic

Initiatives to Director and Senior Product Management levels.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Thermal Design, Server

Lab, Architecture and other engineering teams to design and deliver HPC,

first to market products ahead of competitors.

· Oversee end-to-end project execution and documentation by developing

and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Supermicro GPU systems; train and mentor system engineers, technicians, and production associates in assembling multiple high-performance server platforms.

· Manage system documentation, website content and user manuals for

15+ products, ensuring clarity, consistency and up to date data.
